All prices listed on our website are up to date
and include all appropriate taxes (where applicable) but
exclude delivery charges and optional insurance.
Because prices of timber and other materials in the
manufacturing of furniture are subject to change, we reserve the
right to change prices without notice. However prices are guaranteed
once you receive confirmation of your order and your deposit has
been cleared.

Lay bys
Lay-by is available for 16 weeks. A 25% deposit is
required and 6 weeks notice to be given before pick up. Payments for
lay-bys are not refundable. Items must be collected by the specified
date unless agreed otherwise.

Payment Options
A deposit of 50% on the total invoice amount is required when
placing an order. Production of your order will start as soon as
your deposit is cleared.
The balance of the invoice is to be paid on delivery
(in Perth metro area), or prior to pick up by the carrier (all other
destinations). Please note that your order may not be released for
transport until your final payment has been cleared. Title in the
goods passes to the customer when full payment has been received.
We currently accept all major credit cards (Mastercard,
Visa and Bankcard). We are also happy to accept money orders, and
both personal and bank cheques, subject to approval. Please send

All payments must be in Australian dollars. Cheques

Freight
charges & Delivery
Delivery is not included in the prices, but we can
quote on national and overseas carriers and arrange delivery; forward
goods on to your nominated carrier or you can pick up at the
factory.
We are based in Perth and deliver throughout
Australia. Freight costs on your order are based on the size of the
items you select and the area you live in. Charges also vary within
each delivery area, depending on your exact location.
Because we aim to deliver door to door, to all
outlying areas, we do not work with predetermined delivery charges:
delivery costs are calculated on a per order basis. Once we know
your delivery address we will calculate the most efficient and
cost-effective transport to your home. It is therefore essential that
you give us a precise delivery address when asking for a quote.
Our freight charges are very
competitive. Because a minimum volume of one cubic metre applies
when calculating freight, charges may appear relatively high when you only
order a few small items.

Transport Insurance
We can no longer arrange transport insurance for you
as laws have changed and insurance
companies will only insure the owner of the goods to be transported.
Although all care in handling and packing is
undertaken, no responsibility is taken for damage during
transport. Insurance of goods against damage during transport is
the buyer's responsibility.
Any additional packaging you request for freight
purposes will incur an extra charge.

Custom Orders
Requests to build custom orders must be accompanied by a drawing.
As with all orders, a deposit of 50% on the total
amount is required when placing an order. Whist we endeavour to help
whichever way possible, once a Custom Order has gone into
production, it is non refundable and cannot be exchanged. Deposits for Custom Orders are not transferable to other orders. We
will keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Refunds and
Cancellations
Your purchase from FURNITUReMART.com.au is 100% guaranteed. If for
any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it within 10 days for a full credit, exchange or refund of the
purchase price (a 15% administration charge applies). Freight
charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Deposits for Custom Orders cannot be transferred to
other orders. Specials and Custom Orders are not refundable and
cannot be exchanged.

Warranties
Warranties are from date of manufacture and are as
follows:

All products: 12 months against manufacturing
defects.

Sofas: 10 years on frame and webbing; 1 year
on fabric.

Fabric protection: 4 years.

At the moment we offer the following extras at the

Stains: "distressing": $35 per item.
