Online shopping at FURNITUREMART is simple. This is how it works, in 5 easy steps.
Step 1: View our product catalogue
* Choose a category by clicking on any of the buttons on the top of the screen. These are accessible from most pages on our website.
* See the product: description, price and a large picture, by clicking on the small photo (to return, click on the enlarged photo).
Step 2: Note the product code
* Check the product code of the items you like (note that accessories are not for sale unless specifically stated).
Step 3: Email us for a quote on delivery charges
* Send us an email listing the items you are interested in, your delivery address and a contact phone number (you are not committed to buy at this stage). An email form is available by clicking "contact us" at the top of any screen.
* We will then work out the best freight charges and we will contact you with the total cost and to answer any of your questions.
Step 4: Complete your order
* Read our standard Terms and Conditions which has information on payments, warranties, refunds etc. They can be accessed here and from the Help page.
* When you have talked to our staff and resolved all your questions you can place your order over the phone (payment is by credit card, cheque or money order).
* We will confirm all order details by email or fax.
Step 5: What happens next ?
* As soon as we have processed your payment, the factory will start production, which usually takes about 2 to 3 weeks,
excepting the manufacture of the Rose Hannah products these are made to order; time frames will depend on the volume of work going through the factory.
* A week or so before the expected delivery we'll send you a reminder email so you can make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and pay any outstanding amounts. Questions ? Check our help page which has answers to many commonly asked questions or contact us by phone or email.
