How to shop at FURNITUReMART.com.au

Online shopping at FURNITUReMART is simple. This is how it works, in 5 easy steps.

Step 1: view our product catalogue

Choose a category by clicking on any of the buttons along the left of the screen. These are accessible from most pages on our website.
See the product: description, price and a large picture, by clicking on the small photo (to return, click on the enlarged photo).

Step 2: note the product code

Check the product code of the items you like (note that accessories are not for sale unless specifically stated).

Step 3: email us for a quote on delivery charges

Send us an email listing the items you are interested in, your delivery address and a contact phone number (you are not committed to buy at this stage). An email form is available by clicking "contact us" at the top of any screen.
We will then work out the best freight charges and we will contact you with the total cost and to answer any of your questions.

Step 4: complete you order

Read our standard Terms and Conditions which has information on payments, warranties, refunds etc. They can be accessed here and from the Help page.
When you have talked to our staff and resolved all your questions you can place your order over the phone (payment is by credit card, cheque or money order).
We will confirm all order details by email or fax.

Step 5: what happens next ?

Most of our furniture is built to order. As soon as we have processed your payment, the factory will start production, which usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
A week or so before the expected delivery we'll send you a reminder email so you can make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and pay any outstanding amounts.
