How to shop at FURNITUReMART.com.au
Online shopping at FURNITUReMART is simple. This is how it works, in 5 easy steps.
Step 1: view our product catalogue
- Choose a category by clicking on any of the
buttons along the left of the screen. These are accessible from most pages on our website.
- See the product: description,
price and a large picture, by clicking on the small photo (to return, click on the
enlarged photo).
Step 2: note the product code
- Check the product code of the items you
like (note that accessories are not for sale unless specifically stated).
Step 3: email us for a quote on delivery charges
- Send us an email
listing the items you are
interested in, your delivery address and a contact phone number (you are not committed to
buy at this stage). An email form is available by clicking "contact us" at the
top of any screen.
- We will then work out the best freight charges and we
will contact you with the total cost and to answer any of your questions.
Step 4: complete you order
- Read our standard Terms and Conditions which has
information on payments, warranties, refunds etc. They can be
accessed here
and from the Help
page.
- When you have talked to our staff and resolved all your questions you can
place your order over
the phone (payment is by credit card,
cheque or money order).
- We will confirm all order details by email or fax.
Step 5: what happens next ?
- Most of our furniture is built to order. As soon as we have processed
your payment, the factory will start production, which usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
- A week or so before the expected delivery we'll send you a reminder email
so you can make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and pay
any outstanding amounts.
