A note about colour

While we use high quality photos and every attempt is made to present the colours as accurately as possible, a clear representation depends to a large extent on the computer platform, colour display system, operating system and browser used to display the image as well as the calibration of your computer monitor. Our website is best viewed using Internet Explorer 6 on Microsoft Windows, with a screen resolution of 800 x 600 and monitor setting to display at least 24-bit colour.

Fabrics

As fabric fashion and trends are constantly changing, we have removed our fabric samples and given you a direct link with some of the major players in the fabric game. These wholesalers generally work on the same pricing code;
Yellow Orange or Green are priced -low to medium
Blue Black or Red - medium to high.
Furnituremart has two categories standard and Premium, both which fall into the low -medium range. So it means you can choose any fabric you want but we may have to quote you if you pick a higher priced fabric.

Frame colours

Metal frames (on some beds, chairs and stools) can be finished in the following colours:
Almond - Black (matt or gloss) - Grey - Magnolia

Stains

Woods are available in a wide variety of stains which have been grouped in 2 ranges: "Standard" and "Range 2".

Standard stains

We have selected four basic colours to make up our standard stains:

Antique Baltic		A rich mid-brown with red undertones.
Honey Baltic		A light tone.
Aged Baltic		Light oak with black toning.
Brown Jarrah		As close as we can get to natural Jarrah.

Unless stated otherwise, all our furniture is available is any of these standard stains. Click here for photos.

Distressing

Any of the standard finishes can be "stressed" for a small extra charge. Our distressing techniques are characteristic of artisan creativity, with worm holes and wear marks masterly applied to each individual piece. It is of a particularly high standard and looks extremely authentic.

Range 2 stains

Many pieces of our furniture are now available in an exciting range of new colours: these have been grouped in a separate category called "Range 2". Colours include Cedar, Chestnut, Chocolate, Colonial, Golden Cherry and Heritage Teak. Click here for photos.

Non-standard stains

In addition to our standard stains, some pieces of furniture can only be finished in a non-standard stain. These will be specifically stated with the description of the item.
